Fully Equipped Bell Tent from £60 per night
Bell Tent Hire is £80 per night, minimum 2 nights, thereafter £60 per night. includes 2 net bags of logs and 4 litres of still mineral drinking water at no extra cost. A fully equipped Kitchen tent with gas stove and all necessary equipment, A Gazebo with tables and seating along with a picnic table/bench. Perfect for those wanting to try camping before buying the equipment. All you need to bring is your own pillows and bedding as due to hygiene reasons we do not supply this
10 Man Group Tent from £30 per night
Empty Group Tent Hire is £40 per night for up to 10 persons, minimum 2 nights, thereafter £30 per night.
Just bring along your own camping equipment knowing you wont have the hassle of having to pitch your tent.
For a small additional cost of £10 per night you can have full use of our woodland kitchen equipped with gas stove, kettle, bbq and everything else required to cook up that feast at the end of the day
Self Pitch Tents
Pitch hire is £6 per person per night, regardless of tent size, No minimum stay with a maximum stay of 7 nights

Picnics
For a delightful picnic to have on the grounds or to take to the beach, we supply all that's needed at just £9 per adult and £5 per child. This selection of treats, includes delicious cream cakes and a variety of sandwiches, snacks and cold drinks, ensuring everyone is well-fed and satisfied. With these tasty offerings, your picnic is sure to be a hit!

Off Grid Van Life
Experience the freedom of van life while enjoying a secure parking spot for your camper van in the heart of the British countryside. For just £15 per night, you can park safely off-grid and relish the tranquillity of nature. Please note that spaces are limited, so be sure to book in advance to secure your spot among like-minded travellers. Poo Bags will always be available if you forget to pack them.
Screw in Ground Anchors to tether your pet will be supplied by your tent.
Please be aware our chickens and ducks roam free in the grounds so please respect this and keep your dogs under control at all times
Stainless Steel BBQ & Charcoal
If you're looking to elevate your outdoor cooking experience, our stainless steel family-sized BBQ is the perfect choice! Hire rate is just £20 for the duration of your stay and comes with a bag of charcoal to get you going, ensuring you're all set for a fun-filled family cookout. Note: this is supplied FREE of charge with all Bell Tent bookings.

Hot Tub & Massage Table
After a long day, there's nothing quite like unwinding in a hot tub, where the 40c bubbling water soothes your muscles and calms your mind. Then recline in a comfy chair, nestled within a 6-metre polytunnel, shielded from the elements while enjoying the beauty of nature around you, and perhaps a soft breeze rustling through the trees outside. Combine this with the rejuvenating experience of a massage on a specialized table, and you have the perfect recipe for relaxation. It’s a sanctuary where you can fully embrace tranquillity and let the stresses of the day drift away. Just £20 per hour for up to 4 people. (maximum time 2hrs)

The check-in time for your stay is set at 10 AM, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your getaway. With a check-out at 3 PM, you have a generous 30 hours to immerse yourself in relaxation and adventure. Make the most of your time, exploring the quaint surroundings or simply unwinding in the comfort of your accommodation.
Day Use Only
Experience a unique day hire at our picturesque woodlands and grounds, where you can spend your time from 10am until 6pm 7 days a week surrounded by nature. Our friendly ducks and chickens will happily follow you around, adding a delightful and fun touch to your day. Capture every precious moment with video and photography opportunities for your Social Media content, all while enjoying 100% privacy away from the public eye.
